Internship

The Saudi Cultural Mission to the United States is pleased to announce to qualifying Saudi students the availability of internship positions at a number of U. S. companies, as listed below. The companies are willing to accept Saudi students who are currently pursing undergraduate/graduate degrees in the United States to receive training that will enhance their educational experience and ultimately prepare them to join the workforce in their specialized fields in Saudi Arabia.

Students who qualify for such training programs (internships) should contact the company directly, as it is the responsibility of the student to arrange the internship. Since internships are subject to certain rules and regulations (academic and otherwise), Saudi students are urged to coordinate with both their program academic advisor and the International Student Advisor at their respective college and/or university to choose the training program best suited to their needs, abilities and legal status. It is imperative that they check with the International Student Office to determine their eligibility for these internships in so far as visa and legal regulations are concerned.

It should be noted that neither the Saudi Embassy nor the Saudi Cultural Mission are involved in placing students into these internships. It should also be noted that these internships should not affect the length of the student's academic program and/or scholarship.
