SACM has already incorporated observer ships within Kaplan program. Ameri-clerkships is working with Kaplan to provide two months of training, pte-residency clinical training to maximize the admissions chances of each candidate in the interview. This clinical training of sponsored doctor has resulted in further transfer the common knowledge from each attending physician to the trainee, and facilitate the assimilation of the trainees within the US healthcare system, the gain of the attending trust and making the program director more comfortable in providing a letter of recommendation for the trainee.
